Shipping Policy

At Blue Link Outfitters, we're committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably. We understand that first responders need their equipment when they need it, and we work hard to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via UPS or USPS ground service. Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $14.99 flat rate

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Local Delivery

For customers in the Spring Hill, TN area and surrounding communities, we offer personal delivery service for both small and large orders. Contact us directly at (931) 451-5777 to arrange local delivery.

Department and Agency Orders

We work closely with law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies to coordinate bulk orders and ensure timely delivery. Special arrangements can be made for department orders. Please contact us at randy@bluelinkoutfitters.com or (925) 876-3689 for assistance.

Emergency Orders

Need your gear urgently? We understand that emergencies happen. Contact us directly and we'll do everything we can to expedite your order, including personal delivery for local customers.
