RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
Product Returns
Blue Link Outfitters LLC accepts returns of unused, unaltered merchandise in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. A valid receipt is required for all returns. Returned items must be in resalable condition, free from wear, dirt, or alterations. Blue Link Outfitters LLC reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Blue Link Outfitters LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. For defective merchandise or errors on our part, Blue Link Outfitters LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon approval of the return.
Special Order Items
Special order items, including but not limited to agency-specific gear, custom-ordered uniforms, and specialized equipment, are non-returnable unless defective in manufacture or materials. Verification of defect must be documented at the time of return. Return shipping for defective special order items will be covered by Blue Link Outfitters LLC.
Altered and Customized Items
Items that have been altered, embroidered, or customized are not eligible for return unless defective in workmanship. Quality issues related to alterations or customization must be reported within 7 days of pickup. Blue Link Outfitters LLC's liability for defective workmanship is limited to the cost of the alteration service.
Manufacturer Warranties
Blue Link Outfitters LLC honors all valid manufacturer warranties for products sold in our store. Customers must present proof of purchase for warranty claims. Manufacturer warranty claims will be handled according to each manufacturer's specific warranty policies and procedures. Blue Link Outfitters LLC does not guarantee the acceptance of warranty claims by manufacturers. Shipping costs for manufacturer warranty claims are subject to the individual manufacturer's warranty terms.
Agency and Department Orders
Returns for agency and department orders must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and require proper authorization documentation. Bulk orders may be subject to restocking fees. Agency-specific items ordered according to department specifications are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping for approved agency returns will be arranged on a case-by-case basis according to agency agreements.
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Blue Link Outfitters LLC will, at its discretion, either replace the defective item with the same product or issue a refund. Blue Link Outfitters LLC will cover return shipping costs for defective merchandise upon verification of the defect. For manufacturer defects discovered after 30 days, items will be subject to manufacturer warranty policies.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges for size or color are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt, provided the merchandise is unused and in original condition with tags attached. Exchange items are subject to current pricing and availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items for exchange. Blue Link Outfitters LLC will cover shipping costs to send the exchanged item to the customer.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original card used for purchase. Agency purchases will be credited to the agency account or processed according to agency payment procedures. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
Blue Link Outfitters LLC reserves the right to modify these return and warranty policies at any time. These policies are governed by the same applicable laws and dispute resolution procedures outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
